CHECKLIST FOR ARTISTS AND VENDORS ATTENDING THE

2010 HAVASU TATTOO SHOW!

The days are counting down, so if you are planning on attending the show, be sure to:

1) SIGN UP! Print out the Artist & Vendor Registration Form and mail back to us with the necessary license information and payment in full. Booth spaces are selling out fast, so get your registration in now to secure your spot.

1A) ORDER LAMINATES! Don’t forget to order extra laminates (on the Artist & Vendor registration form) if you need more than the number provided with your booth. We cannot guarantee the availability & price of additional laminates that are not ordered and paid for in advance. If you are already signed up and want to order more now, please get in touch.

2) GET YOUR HOTEL! If you are not a local artist, you will need to secure your accommodations QUICKLY! Rooms are close to selling out at the Days Inn South Beach, where we have our reserved block. Click here to reserve your room(s) right now! Airfare & Rental Car reservations should also be taken care of as soon as possible due to the popularity of February in Lake Havasu.

3) GRAB OUR BANNER! Advertise that you will be at the show by adding our banner to your website and/or MySpace page. You can copy & paste the HTML from the box on our MySpace page, or from the ‘Contact Us’ page.

4) PICK YOUR SPACE! Once payment is received, you will be added to our website listing of Artists & Vendors, and you will be contacted with the convention center floor plan so that you can choose your booth location. Please note that space selection is only available to registered and paid artists & vendors.

5) SEE YOU IN February! Once everything is set, we will see you at Artist & Vendor load-in, as per the information provided on the Artist & Vendor Registration Form.

If you are an artist or vendor planning to work at the show, spaces are going fast! CLICK HERE to download the PDF Registration Form, and remember to book your hotel ASAP. We are told that the rooms are disappearing fast, so don’t be left out!

If you have already submitted your registration information and have not yet selected your booth space, please contact us to do so. Space selection is only available to artists & vendors who are fully registered & paid.

If you are planning on attending the show and haven’t booked your hotel room already, we cannot stress enough how important it is to do so ASAP! Please see the ‘Hotel’ page for rates and a link to book online. This hotel WILL sell out during this very popular time in Lake Havasu.
